Kwara Instant Loan Simulator

👋 Welcome! This simulator lets you safely test-drive new Instant Loan Products before making them available to your members.

Just upload your recent SACCO reports below. We'll help you see exactly who qualifies and what their limits will be, all without touching your live Kwara Core system.

Standard Export Instructions:
  1. On the Kwara Home Screen, find "Operational Reports" on the Navigation Menu on the left.
  2. Navigate to Members under Operational Reports and click Generate.
  3. Under "Member State" select Active and Inactive and click Submit.
  4. Back on the members page, you will see your generated report at the top of your list.
  5. Click Download once it is done generating.
CRUCIAL: Ensure you include both the Share Capital and Member Savings products in the export filter. Export Instructions:
  1. On the Kwara Home Screen, find "Operational Reports" on the Navigation Menu.
  2. Navigate to Deposits under Operational Reports and click Generate.
  3. Under "Report Type" select Deposit Listing Report.
  4. Under "Products" select ALL your listed products.
  5. Select the previous day's date and click Submit.
  6. Back on the deposits page, wait for generation and click Download.
CRUCIAL: Ensure you select all active loan products before exporting. Export Instructions:
  1. On the Kwara Home Screen, find "Operational Reports" on the Navigation Menu.
  2. Navigate to Loans under Operational Reports and click Generate.
  3. Under "Report Type" select Loan Portfolio Performance Report.
  4. Under "Product" select ALL your listed products and click Submit.
  5. Back on the loans page, wait for generation and click Download.
Standard Export Instructions:
  1. On the Kwara Home Screen, find "Operational Reports" on the Navigation Menu.
  2. Navigate to Loans under Operational Reports and click Generate.
  3. Under "Report Type" select Guarantor Listing Report.
  4. Select the current date and click Submit.
  5. Back on the loans page, wait for generation and click Download.
Standard Export Instructions:
  1. On the Kwara Home Screen, find "Settings" on the Navigation Menu on the left.
  2. Navigate to Loan Products under Settings and click Export CSV.
  3. This will automatically trigger a download.
